Clinical Training Manager (m/f) Distribution Partner Region EMEA

Our customer is an independent international aesthetics and neurotoxin company with its own research and development capabilities. Due to continous growth we are now looking to fill the position of Clinical Training Manager (m/f) Distribution Partner Region EMEA.


As a strategic thinker with sound hands-on approach you focus on delivering trainings and demo sessions for our energy-based medical devices. You ensure that all our distributors’ and doctors’ clinical training requirements are fully me - at any time and everywhere in the EMEA region. Your aim is to support to surpass revenue targets by delivering trainings which maximize and inspire the use of our devices. To achieve it, you work closely with our distribution partner team to maximize the training plan per country, assist in launching new products, lead and ensure smoothly running learning management systems.

As Clinical Training Manager you are also responsible for:


  • Delivering meaningful and streamlined trainings based on the marketing plan per country and supporting the content and presentation of events at regional congresses and master classes.
  • Supporting the implementation of necessary training materials to provide marketing input and training for our distribution sales force as well as doctors’ trainings.
  • Identifying key opinion leaders throughout the region who can advocate and train other industry colleagues on our medical devices.
  • Managing trainings, equipment demonstrations, and budget in line with the overall ethics, compliance and corporate values guidelines.



  • Medical degree required.
  • At least ten years’ experience with clinical field trainings or clinical field leadership in the medical, pharmaceutical or aesthetics industry.
  • Prior experience with delivering trainings and collaborating with healthcare customers like physicians, nurses or practice specialists.
  • Skills in MS Office, MS Project or a similar project management tool are preferred.
  • Strong understanding of corporate, clinical and regulatory processes, a sound customer focus and outstanding presentation and training skills.
  • Result driven personality, good listener, team player and excellent communicator – both verbally and in writing – with fluent English language skills and the ability to accelerate in a challenging environment.
  • Flexibility to travel at least 70% of the time throughout the EMEA Region.
